Description

Chicken breast layered with zucchini, peppers, and onions in a rich marinara.  Roasted for just over an hour this is delicious served over your favorite pasta or all on its own!

 

To cook, thaw overnight in the fridge. Bake on a foil lined baking sheet for stability. Cover and bake at 375 for 40-45 minutes. Uncover and bake an additional 15-20 mins.  Let rest a few before serving.  Delicious over pasta!
