Ground beef, peas, carrots, onions browned and sautéed together with tomatoes and rich spices. Layered in a baking dish and topped with some seriously lush garlic mashed potatoes! The absolute perfect dinner, every night!
Thaw overnight in fridge.
Preheat oven to 375.
Thaw overnight in the fridge. Bake on a foil lined baking sheet for stability, covered with foil, for 45-50 minutes. Uncover and continue to bake and additional 10-15 minutes to toast the top. Pull from oven and let rest for 10 minutes before serving. If you are cooking an individual or couple sized dish it MAY take the full amount of time to through, these tend to be hefty pans, but I recommend checking on it after 30 minutes.
